The REDMAGIC Ice Blade Magnetic Switch Keyboard is a 68-key compact customized keyboard using magnetic axis technology, focusing on high response speed and playability, with a structure design inclined towards e-sports scenarios. The REDMAGIC Ice Blade Magnetic Switch Keyboard adopts a starship armor appearance design, with the body made of 6063 aerospace aluminum alloy, weighing about 2 kilograms, providing a strong sense of science fiction.
It is equipped with a self-developed butterfly-wing magnetic axis, fitted with an X-shaped bracket to enhance stability, four-sided dust-proof walls, and a large axis core design to improve key stability. It supports 0.1ms ultra-low latency and 8000Hz polling rate, with a single-key scanning rate of 512KHz and RT accuracy reaching 0.005mm. The keyboard supports full-key hot-swapping, providing GASKET and bottom structure two types of filling methods, with comfortable tuning for large keys. The front of the keyboard is equipped with a custom key expansion slot, and the top trapezoidal magnetic light supports DIY disassembly.
The REDMAGIC Ice Blade Magnetic Switch Keyboard adopts a 6063 full-aluminum CNC carved shell, with the overall structure formed through precision machining. The shell has high structural strength and texture. The keyboard structure is an e-sports-grade GASKET design, combined with a self-developed cross butterfly-wing structure, theoretically reducing wobble and noise during keystrokes and improving key stability.
The body adopts a geometric-cut straight-line shape, with a futuristic technology style, incorporating visual elements similar to a starship. It is equipped with a detachable wrist rest to enhance long-term usage support, while the bottom is designed with a starship cabin storage space for storing replacement switches or other small accessories.
In terms of core performance, REDMAGIC Ice Blade Magnetic Switch Keyboard supports 8000Hz wired polling rate, with a single-key scanning rate reaching 512K, and theoretical response latency as low as 0.1ms. These data mean the main controller collects key signal frequencies at a high rate, suitable for application scenarios sensitive to operation timing.
The switch is the self-developed Red Magic butterfly-wing magnetic axis, working based on the Hall effect principle, with a built-in high-precision Hall sensor, and a trigger mechanism dependent on magnetic field changes rather than physical contacts. It is nominally supported with RTO.005mm precision adjustment, meaning users can customize the trigger point with the minimum adjustment unit of pressing down the axis core 0.005mm, achieving fast triggering. At the same time, it has a 0 dead-zone continuous triggering characteristic, theoretically avoiding signal interruption problems.
The REDMAGIC Ice Blade Magnetic Switch Keyboard supports full-key hot-swapping, using a metal grille to fix the switches, allowing users to replace different tactile magnetic switches by themselves, enhancing maintainability and personalized configuration space. The keycaps are made of PBT material, with characters crafted using sublimation technology, having good wear resistance and not easily fading after long-term use.
The backlight system supports RGB lighting DIY customization, providing about 16.77 million color options, supporting multiple lighting mode switches, and allowing users to customize light effects through software. In addition, the keyboard is equipped with an open ping port, allowing the connection of external customized accessories, expanding connectivity and enhancing the overall playability of the device.
